Wiki

Find previous Wiki content in the Docs page tree and review the current editing permissions.

The separate Wiki feature is now part of Docs. You do not need to migrate existing Wiki content.

Each workspace has one Docs tab. Its sidebar contains pages that you can nest, reorder by drag and drop, and edit together in real time.

Previous Wiki procedures, policies, onboarding guides, and training materials appear as regular pages in this tree.

Current Behavior

  • Existing Wiki pages appear with other pages in the Docs tree.
  • Use nested subpages to organize the knowledge base. There is no separate Wiki page list.
  • Owners, Administrators, and Team Members can edit pages. Client, Comment, and View-only roles can read but cannot edit.
  • Workspace Owners and Project Administrators manage one Docs toggle under Turning Features On/Off.
  • One Docs permission controls every page, previous Wiki pages included. Custom user roles no longer carry a separate Wiki permission.

Read the Docs guide for page creation, organization, editing, and permissions.
