Create Database Record

Create a record in an explicit database.

POST /v1/create-database-record

Create a record in an explicit database. Unlike create-record, this works on any database – including one with no lists at all – and never guesses which database to use. Pass fieldValues (each { fieldId, kind, value }, kinds matching a field’s type: “text” -> {text} or {html}, “number” -> {number}, “checkbox” -> boolean, “select” -> [optionId], “date” -> {start, end, timezone, granularity}, “assignee”/“reference” -> [id, …]) to set other fields at creation time. If the database has a required creation form, missing required fields are rejected.
