Community Forums
Use Blue's community forum to ask questions, share ideas, and read discussions from other Blue users.
The community forum lets you ask questions, report bugs, request features, and learn how other teams use Blue.
Opening the forum
Select Community in the main navigation. Anyone can read community posts. Sign in with your Blue account to create posts, reply, follow posts, or like content.
What’s there
- Categories: Browse General, Bugs, Feature Requests, and Announcements.
- Posts: Read existing discussions or create one. Posts support rich text, images, code blocks, and links.
- Search: Find existing answers before you post a new question.
- Notifications: Follow a post to receive email about its new comments. You can also receive email for all new posts, replies to your posts, and mentions.
Posting
- Open the forum.
- Select a relevant category.
- Select New Post.
- Enter a title that states your question or topic.
- Write the post in the rich text editor.
- Add screenshots, links, or sample data when they provide necessary context.
Getting good answers
- Describe your workspace setup, the relevant field types, and what you already tried.
- Search for an existing answer before you create a topic.
- Like posts and replies that helped you.
Behavior
- Forum activity is public and can be read without a Blue account. Do not post customer data, credentials, or internal information.
- Posts and replies remain associated with your account. Moderators can edit or remove content that violates community guidelines.
- For billing, login, urgent bugs, or other account-specific issues, use Help & Support instead of the forum.
Open Preferences to control email for new posts, replies to your posts, followed posts, and mentions.
