Completed at

Show when a record was last marked as done and clear the value when the record is reopened.

The Completed at field shows the exact time when a record was marked as done. Add it to a workspace to show completion data with other record fields.

Use completion data

  • Activity log: See which records were completed and when.
  • Weekly reviews: Group records by completion date to review the current week.
  • Velocity charts: Chart records completed per day, week, or month in dashboards.
  • Recent completions filter: Filter records completed during a specified period, such as the last seven days.

Behavior

Completed at is system-managed. Blue records the value when a record’s status changes to done. You cannot edit the value manually.

If you reopen a record, Blue clears the field to Not completed. If you mark it as done again, Blue records a new timestamp.
