The Updated at field shows the date and time of the most recent change to a record. Add it to a workspace to track recent activity and find inactive records.

Common Uses

  • Sort by recency: Put the most recently changed records at the top of a view.
  • Find inactive records: Group records by week to find records without recent changes.
  • Chart activity: Show record changes over time in Dashboards.
  • Filter stale records: Find records that were not updated during a specified period, such as 30 days.

Field Behavior

Updated at is system-managed and read-only. Blue updates the value when someone changes the record title, description, field values, status, comments, attachments, checklist items, or tags.
