Star Rating

Score each record with a configurable 1-to-15-star scale that supports half-star values.

The Star Rating field stores a visual score in each record. It supports full-star and half-star values and shows the numeric score beside the stars.

Use this field for customer satisfaction, product quality, employee feedback, interview scores, or performance reviews.

Configure The Scale

A Project Administrator sets Maximum Rating from 1 through 15. Blue uses this number as the top of the scale.

Enter A Rating

  1. Select the left half of a star for a half-star value.
  2. Select the right half for a full-star value.

Select the same value again to clear it. You can also use the clear control to reset the rating. Blue displays the result as a number, such as 3.5/5, beside the stars.

You can calculate the average rating across records and chart it in Dashboards.
