Single Select

The Single Select field lets each record store one choice from a predefined list. Each option can have a label and color.

Use this field for categories such as product type, status, appraisal grade, or risk level. Use a Multiple Select field when a record can have more than one choice.

Configure The Options

Project Administrators can define up to 10,000 options. They can also add, remove, reorder, rename, or recolor options after creating the field.

Select A Value

Open the field and start typing to search the available options. Select one option to save it on the record.

Single Select fields also work with other Blue features:

• Custom user roles can control who can view or edit the field.
• Forms can collect one predefined option.
• Dashboards can filter records by selected values.
• Conditional Select can filter this field’s options from another select field.
