Created at

Show the exact date and time when a record was first created.

The Created at field shows the exact time when a record was first created. Add it to a workspace to show creation data with other record fields.

Use creation data

  • Sort by oldest or newest: Order a view by record creation time instead of the latest update.
  • Backlog age: Group records by creation week or month to identify older records.
  • Intake reports: Chart records created per day, week, or month in dashboards.
  • Aging filters: Filter records created more than 30 days ago.

Behavior

Created at is system-managed. Blue records the value when a record is created. You cannot edit it, and it does not change during the record’s lifetime.
