Multiple Select

The Multiple Select field lets each record store one or more choices from a predefined list. Each option can have a label and color.

Use this field to apply several categories, properties, or labels to the same record. Use a Single Select field when each record must have only one choice.

Configure The Options

Project Administrators can define up to 10,000 options. They can also add, remove, reorder, rename, or recolor options after creating the field.

Select Values

Open the field and start typing to search the available options. Select each option that applies to the record.

Multiple Select fields also work with other Blue features:

• Custom user roles can control who can view or edit the field.
• Forms can collect one or more predefined options.
• Dashboards can filter records by selected values.
• Conditional Select can filter this field’s options from another select field.
