Store unformatted letters, numbers, and special characters in one line on each record.
The Text (single line) field stores unformatted text in one line. It accepts letters, numbers, and special characters without a character limit.
The Title default field and the Name field of a new database are Text (single line) fields. They hold the record name.
Blue does not validate or mask the value. The field does not support formatting such as bold text, italics, or links.
Use this field for names, model numbers, SKUs, addresses, notes, or external identifiers. For content that needs line breaks, use a Text (multi-line) field instead.
Use advanced filters to find records whose field contains specific text.
