Updated at
See the date and time of the most recent change to each record.
Updated at shows the date and time of the most recent change to a record. Use it to find recent activity and records that nobody changed for a long time.
Updated at is a read-only value on every record in every database. You do not need to add it. You cannot remove it.
Where Updated at appears
- Record: Updated at appears with the other fields when you open a record.
- Table view: The Updated at column shows the relative time, such as “2 hours ago”. Point to the value to see the full date and time.
- Field Management: Updated at is listed with a Default badge. You cannot edit or remove it.
When Blue changes the value
Blue sets Updated at to the current time when a field value on the record changes. This includes changes from users, automations, forms, the API, and values that Blue calculates, such as formulas and lookups.
Use update data
- Sort by recency: In the Table view, sort the Updated at column to show the most recently changed records first.
- Find inactive records: Sort in the other direction to show records that did not change for the longest time.
